This stylish, knee-length skirt is made from light-weight traditional African cloth.  This fun wrap skirt is equally perfect for a day on the town or the beach.

It is sewn in 7 parts, creating a loose, flowing look and a beautiful twirl.

All SHONA purchases are labeled with the handwritten name of the woman who sewed that item. Each purchase also comes with a color brochure with photos of each craftswoman and information about her life.

Please note that this skirt is made from a traditional cloth called Kanga.  It features brilliant colors and classic designs, and is a lighter weight than most of the cloths we use.  This makes it quite comfortable and perfect for summer, but if you are interested in a stronger, heavier cloth please see our other cloth selections.  Thank you!
